GS KKU Administrator and Lecturers of Multi-Disciplinary Programs visit Universities in Indonesia for Academic Collaboration

      On February 25 – 27, 2015, Graduate School, Khon Kaen Univerisity led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Teekayu Plangkoon Jorns, Assistant to the President for International Relations, and Associate Professor Surasakdi Wongratanacheewin, Dean of the Graduate School, directors, and committee members of Multi-Disciplinary Programs visited Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY), Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, and Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS), Indonesia for Academic Collaboration. All delegates had received the warm welcome from administrative team of visited universities.

      The aim of visiting is to build up academic and research collaboration as well as the part of application process for international students in graduate level. The Education Roadshow – with more than 200 postgraduate programs – was organized for students who are interested to study in graduate level at Khon Kaen University. Besides, Associate Professor Surasakdi Wongratanacheewin also gave a special lecture on “Educational System and Curriculum Development, Character Building in Thailand Education System” for UMY students . Moreover, the delegates from GS KKU discussed on program collaboration, co-research for staff, scholarship, and student exchange with administrative team, lecturers, and staff of three universities in order to advance the fruitful instruction on conducting research led to the great production in future development and collaboration between institutions.
