Exercise and Sport Science Program, Graduate School, Khon Kaen University organizes “The Virtual International Conference on Physical Activity and Sports (IPAS 2022)”
On 27-28 October 2022, Exercise and Sport Science Program, Graduate School Khon Kaen University organized “The International Conference on Physical Activity and Sports (IPAS 2022)” online via Zoom. Assoc. Prof. Charnchai Panthongviriyakul, M.D., President of Khon Kaen University, addressed the opening remark for the conference and the conference reported speech was given by Assoc. Prof. Kiatichai Faksri, Dean of Graduate School.
On this occasion, Graduate School was honor to have Prof. Dr. Jorge Mota, Director of the Research Center in Physical Activity from Health and Leisure (CIAFEL), Faculty of Sports, University of Porto, Portugal, gave the keynote speech, entitled “Physical activity in disruptive world” on the first day of the conference and Prof. Dr. Kenneth James Hunt from Division of Micro and Medical Engineering, School of Engineering and Information Technology, Bern University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland was the keynote speaker on the last day who gave a special lecture on “Robotics innovations in disabled sports and exercise”
IPAS 2022 also welcomed 27 of international presenters and 170 participants from various institutions to learn and exchange their research knowledge and experiences.
The presentation session was divided into poster and oral presentations. Topics of the paper are various for example, Sports science, Physical activity/Physical inactivity, Physical therapy, Sport physical therapy, Sport medicine, and Physical education.

The International Conference on Physical Activity and Sports 2022 was emerged with the goal to provide an excellent opportunity for all delegates to participate in the international exchange of broader ideas, current strategies, concepts and best practices, collaborations, and cooperation. The conference includes time allocated for research presenting, updating the knowledge in particular field, peer-to-peer group discussions.
