The Graduate School organized a workshop on the GS Form Online Petition System for staff responsible for graduate studies operations across various faculties and departments on September 9, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Computer Lab 3, 4th Floor, Information Center Building. Assistant Professor Naratassapol Likitdee, Acting Assistant Dean of the Graduate School, presided over the event, delivered a welcoming speech, and officially opened the training.

This workshop was organized to support the development and improvement of the GS Forms system for the fiscal year 2026, which has added features to record Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) and Societal Readiness Levels (SRL), as well as streamlined form procedures for greater convenience. The practical sessions covered three main topics: the new version of the online petition system and the graduate studies risk data tracking system, lectured by Mr. Aphichet Boonjuang, Head of Academic Services, Graduate School; and the GS Journey tracking system for faculty staff, lectured by Mr. Pattadon Tanooserm, Computer Technical Officer, Graduate School.

Throughout the training, participants—comprising the coordination network committee of graduate studies support staff and Graduate School personnel—engaged in hands-on practice with the actual system and participated in a Q&A session to address inquiries closely with the speakers. This enabled participants to clearly understand the newly developed functions and immediately apply them to their practical work.

This project is an essential step in enhancing the readiness of personnel responsible for graduate studies tasks to effectively utilize the upgraded GS Form system. This will ultimately result in more convenient and faster online petition services for graduate students, better fulfilling users' needs in the long term.
