Graduate School Holds Workshop on “Research Excellence in the Age of AI” to Enhance Skills of Master’s and Doctoral Students
On March 20, 2026, The Graduate School of Khon Kaen University organized a training workshop titled “Research Excellence in the Age of AI: Practice, Integrity, and Publication Strategy” at Graduate School Meeting Room 1, 4th Floor, Bimala Kalakija Building. The session was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Niwat Srisawasdi from the Faculty of Education. A total of 28 students and faculty members attended the workshop.
This workshop was part of a project aimed at promoting soft skills development for graduate students and faculty members. It focused on strengthening academic capabilities in research planning and implementation, data analysis, research presentation and dissemination, as well as cultivating desirable qualities for researchers in the modern era. The training helped reinforce academic excellence alongside well-rounded competencies, enabling students to conduct interdisciplinary research, communicate knowledge to the public, and adapt effectively to global changes.
The activity aligns with Khon Kaen University’s strategic goal of producing high-quality graduates and supports the Graduate School’s vision of “Grad for Growth.” This vision emphasizes developing students’ and faculty members’ academic excellence while preparing them for international competition and collaboration, thereby sustainably enhancing the university’s highly skilled workforce.
