Graduate School reserves the right to:

1. Re-categorize field of research and/or type of presentation
2. Determine acceptability of research paper for presentation and publish in proceeding
3. Reject any papers that are;
          - not meet the template of Graduate School, or not revised according to reviewer’s recommendation
          - late registration, late payment and/or not complete payment
4. Select papers and finalize the awards
